How to Use
- Choose one blend for your bath. Each blend includes a herbal flower sachet and a matching jar of mineral salt (1 bag + 1 jar).
- Each blend can be used for 1–2 baths, depending on your desired strength.
- Pour the dried herbs into the muslin sachet, tie it tightly, and place it in a bowl or container.
(The muslin bag may be reused for the second bath.) - Boil water and pour 500–1000ml over the muslin sachet. Cover and steep for 20 minutes to 1 hour to allow the heat to fully extract the herbal and floral benefits.
- Fill your bathtub with warm water, then pour in the infused herbal water along with the muslin sachet.
- Add the bath salt — use the full jar, or half if dividing into two baths.
- Your tea bath is now ready. Feel free to sprinkle fresh or dried flowers into the tub for added beauty and aroma.
- Check the temperature to ensure comfort, then soak for at least 20 minutes to fully enjoy the therapeutic benefits.
Precautions
1.Not recommended for those allergic to flowers or pollen.
2.The natural colors from tea and salt may leave residue in the bathtub. This can be easily cleaned with a general bathroom cleanser. We recommend cleaning the tub immediately after use.
